No micromanagement, work life balance is great. Appreciations are there. You feel heard. Open door policy by HR. Food is provided etc.
Cons
Sometimes work can bring pressure which can be good as well.

Worst academy for working professionals. Hiring for 1 or 2 months and firing those employee with huge salary deduction.

Salary deduction,clock checking restrictions for everything.people there feels like jail,prison
