Pros

- A great place to learn about tax, accounting and audit, especially for fresh graduates or interns. - Supportive seniors and friendly colleagues. Able to meet interns from other universities. - Great office facilities and office supplies. The pantry has an Air B&B vibes. They have a coffee shop at ground floor. - Top management love to have casual conversation with staff. - Evening tea with the whole department every now and then. - The firm ensure their practices are updated and in line with the latest standards. - Provide training to staff every year, either held internally or externally. - Opportunities to engage with Companies of different business backgrounds.

Cons

- Favoritism can be seen throughout the firm, especially from Managers. Certain Managers can be bias and only attentive towards staff who get on their good sides. Most of the staff who have served for a long time have resigned due to this. - No empathy from management and unreasonable deadlines. Staff had to attend to multiple jobs at the same time. They will tell to multitask instead of considering the limited time given for each staff to finish each jobs. - Staff is expected to work overtime and work during weekends without any compensations. Managers will still discuss about jobs outside office hours, even after midnight. - No proper dedicated HR staff .
