- Favoritism can be seen throughout the firm, especially from Managers. Certain Managers can be bias and only attentive towards staff who get on their good sides. Most of the staff who have served for a long time have resigned due to this.
- No empathy from management and unreasonable deadlines. Staff had to attend to multiple jobs at the same time. They will tell to multitask instead of considering the limited time given for each staff to finish each jobs.
- Staff is expected to work overtime and work during weekends without any compensations. Managers will still discuss about jobs outside office hours, even after midnight.
- No proper dedicated HR staff .
