Cons
This is a great place to explore your imagination and experiment with new ideas. However, if you're a junior creative, you'll need to rely entirely on your own skills and trust your vision, as there isn't a senior creative manager available to provide guidance or support during creative blocks (which happens to the best of us) Limited opportunities for long-term career growth inside the company (for creatives)
