HUGE TURN OVER_You MUST be a brown noser to survive the toxicity of this company. the owners are so out of touch and careless of what's going on. The only thing that is making this place run are the acquisitions. ALL HIGH UPS/ MANAGEMENTS/DIRECTORS HAVE SUCH BAD MORAL. And you will be shunned and treated less then garbage if you don't play along with their delusional tactics. Management abuse their positions here and act as if they are the law and will fire you for being confident or looking at them the wrong way. everyone who works are are depressed and have mental breakdowns and management feeds off of this. HR is a joke and is afraid to intervene. HR wont take action on any harassment reports of any kind and are powerless to the bullies(Higher-ups) so nothing is ever done and you will continue to be bullied an harassed.

ATI used to be a family oriented company until investors came into the picture. They took away a lot of insensitives from the employees doing the “dirty” work like vehicle allowance and quarterly bonuses. They “promise” raises but that’s almost always a lie. When they took away our bonuses they mentioned that it would be reflected in our pay with an increase effective Jan 12. That “raise” never happened. They take forever to pay you mileage with their system concur that never works. With inflation so high and all these cuts and delays employees are struggling to make ends meet. This company was once a pleasure to work with but now no one ever has answers to any questions. The payroll department is now non existent because good luck finding out why your vacation day wasn’t paid to you even though it was approved.
