Seniors are Worst ppl to work under. They have set of ppl who are working under them since year. But all lack knowledge. Harassment, Exploitation, Log working hrs without any benefit. Keep everyone in office (Old structure). Super Moody & un-predictable. Very Old fashioned work culture. People cmng from a good background won't adjust. No matter how much you do for the institution, nothing counts. Believe in Manual work then the Technology. No matter what position you are appointed, you will have to do all the work like a fresh employee. They don't Trust anyone. Head's-up people! You will have work on a Holiday as well, otherwise you are gone. They need a 24 hrs employee. No career, No increment, No peace, No Personal Life, No good work...ONLY Exploit Exploit Exploit You won't get your personal expenditure or incentives on time. Never worked in such negative culture. misleading students...
