Pros

Few of the thing that I think it’s great about the company is that it believes is: - Education : they focus on education a lot, they believe that we are a ever learning student. This I appreciate it a lot because it’s a sign the company wants the best out there not only for the clients but also their coaches. Education is always a deal breaker for me because I need to (personal opinion) that I need that constant growth factor. It was this thing that lead to me putting in the work and all. - Commissions: probably the best pay out you can get (if you are willing to put in the work) than the other companies, they would go beyond than just doing session. - Clients: they give you client based on you. Sounds like favour rule but it’s not. It’s like working with someone who you don’t fit in, it never works either for the clients nor you. They always find the right fit for you. - Career prospect: probably the place where you feel you probably didn’t know much about alot of things. It humbles you down, helps you to put in the work, and grows you as a person and then makes you see how big the fitness side is. (Also depends on your openness) - Management: Current management puts the employee first. Listens to what they have to say and takes there feeling into account. E.g: if I don’t want to do this, they won’t force me to do this or that. They makes sure you are doing well on the every step of the way. They give around 24/7 support if they have to. - Work environment: it’s generally a happy space to be in (or maybe I’m just happy all the time), but most of the time the work is fun to be. One best thing about the work is that it makes it like a family built into. Even with clients, they are all friendly and all it’s get super chill. Other people are always down to help you no matter what. Just in case you get sick (touch wood) or what so ever they are down to help you out with the client.

Cons

Few of the cons I think: -Career prospect: now this one is probably a hard one to call because there’s only a certain rank (position name wise) you can get or climb to. Now personally I’m not really affected by it because the education is the big part for me. And till the moment I’m improving and I know that I’m becoming better coach than that matters the most. But it might effect some people - working space: it’s kind of crazy thing to add because Hong Kong and Singapore are crazy expensive but still the gym itself is big but can be bigger. As the they hire more the busier it gets and the busier the more we are constrained by the space. But people are always nice there, so they always share stuffs. And getting a bigger space is also hard because of how demanding space is in these city.
