      Great place to learn but a bad decision for long-term stay

      Good place to learn, top most management are smart, hybrid (3x a week), global mindset

      Cons

      Low pay, very inferior benefits, very high discretionary bonus/profit sharing, tolerates incompetent staff to the detriment of high-performers (who get the additional work), middle management are not competent (gets promotion because of loyalty rather than real merit)
