      Pros

      I joined Au10tix because their product is the most advanced in the IDV space compared to various competitors I’ve worked with.

      Cons

      Growing faster than expected hence some growing pains which is expected.

      Salary is on time, working from home allowed, sometimes you can get a full night sleep without getting pinged constantly by the ceo who likes to work at night

      Cons

      Disgusting office, disgruntled employees, company is not run in a planned manner, no market research, complete disregard for competition, compensation or truth

      Terrible place to work for and do business with

      Pros

      The only thing I can think of is to gain experience in a chaotic environment to leverage yourself to better employment opportunities

      Cons

      Company is a "family" business, in the sense that family members of the owner occupy senior positions and take all the business decisions (with really no relevant skills). Zero attention to employees, aggressive blame mentality, management is completely disconnected from the company day to day.
