      Pros

      Nice work culture with helpful colleague and regular refreshment activity is conducted. Timings Flexibility.

      Cons

      The only cons I could say is that regular timing of office is 10:30 to 8, hence work life balance is quite difficult to manage but there is also a good thing that is timing flexibility for a few days for some personal work.
