None, they tried to make it a pro by buying OSISoft However they have blown $5bn by turning the worlds best support into centrelink style support... where instead of minutes to get a reply, it is now 5+hrs to days to weeks...

AVEVA does not listen to employees, you can take the most amount of work in the region and still get a 2% pay rise.... even though the company made amazing profits... They forced their employees back into the office 1 day a week after the the higher ups realised that the offices were not being used... then they decided 1 day a week is not enough for company culture that doesn't exist and forced everyone back in 3 days a week.. After working remote for 3 years and excelling in your duties, it means nothing to them. They have taken a strong support team and dwindled it down drastically... there is now more backline engineers than front line... American team has dropped by 50+ I estimate a 60% loss of work force... The Apac team has dropped by 60-70% as well.. they do not give decent pay rises or bonuses, they do not promote.. they have no employee commitment... RIP OSIsoft style management and support, it is forever lost. They did a pay review and then decided it was fair... they took no employee feedback.. they provided no evidence on how they came to the conclusion.. they accepted no questions "trust us" Working for competitors = 50-100% pay increase.. I see this company no longer supporting customers and only selling software in the near future.. OSIsoft had great developed software that is easy for customers to install and understand however AVEVA have some of the worst software I have ever seen.
