Pros

Set schedule. Some employees are great. Tea, coffee, occasional lunch. Technology worked 95% of the time.

Cons

Favoritism and nepotism towards certain employees and family members. Many of the employees are family of the owners and do little to no work. Anger issues from owners - yelling and screaming is a weekly occurrence. Very unprofessional environment. No customer service department. Pay is below average and health benefits are very expensive.

This company is a great place to work because: People work well together and the atmosphere is friendly. The workers are skilled and experienced, so there are lots of chances to learn and grow. The offices are modern, comfortable, and designed to help people work well. The bosses are supportive and encourage everyone to share their thoughts and feelings. The company pays well and gives nice benefits, so lots of people want to work there.

Inconsistent projects : Some projects may not be as desirable or challenging, which can affect job satisfaction and work experience. Timelines vary so at least its always different.
