Continuous structure changes. No MRP/ERP system. Chaotic workflows. A lot of talk with minimal to no action. Upper management (owners) always seek blame and never reward. You are expected to work over 8 hours if you are an exempt/salary employee. The job will appear rewarding at first, but when you realize how much EXTRA time and effort you devote its just time lost with no compensation. Professionals need NOT apply here.
