Good modeling work if you enjoy SolidWorks

Cons

Poor management, No engineering understanding, poor control systems, no training, low pay, no reviews, no support and totally hostile environment with lots of yelling screaming and name calling. Also no scheduled holidays and misleading expectations. Do not go here unless you enjoy abuse.

A work hard, play hard mentality. Open door/communication office, friendly/outgoing staff, high potential to keep growing. Owners who are investing money, time and resources to improve all aspects of the business.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Rock on! Lets keep up the great work. We do play hard when its time to do so. AVI has a VIP box at the San Diego North Island Amphitheater for its employees use. More than 24 concerts per year. Its fun to be an AVI VIP! AVI Management

Good compensation program with Holiday Pay, Health Insurance and PTO . Always paid on time. IT Systems were state of the art. IT support was nice for when you are out of the office. Office environment was friendly and Team oriented. They have free snacks, drinks and sometimes lunch.

Cons

Sales in this Industry is very challenging. You must be very good and understanding mechanical items Construction related sales. You will be working with contractors, architects, etc. You need to have experience with this
