Throughout my time at AVR I have found it an extremely pleasant environment to work in. Having worked in sales for many years I found working for AVR was the most rewarding role to date. The encouragement for new ideas and support from the team and management kept a high level of morale and motivation within the team as a whole. There was a huge sense of community within the AVR family. We all understand our part to play in the success of each other and the business as a whole and you feel the passion from everyone, daily. Management are there for you on a personal level as well as business which certainly makes a huge difference.

Open, Honest Company with Great Foundations

Lots of Pros but to list a few: Positive Attitudes Caring management and close-knit team Amazingly supportive company Interesting technologies to work with Fast-paced environment with no day being the same Opportunities for growth and development

Cons

Non really but being a small company some employees may find the less structured and fast-paced environment difficult to get their heads around
