I'm sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience whilst working at AVR, it sounds like our small, family friendly, supportive team environment was not for you.
The sales team celebrate every sale, big or small, be it new business or renewal. That’s important to us. The bell was the idea of the sales team themselves, it’s fun and helps the whole business celebrate their achievements.
We are a reseller, and on occasion when a technical requirement is outside of our own technical expertise (of which we have a considerable amount) we use a partner to complete that technical work. This ensures the best service for our customer and is not an unusual approach to take in this industry.
I'm afraid I'm really at a loss as to how to respond to your comment about our MD and owner of the business. She returned from maternity leave after 2 years not a 'desert island after 5'. 'Desert Island' is certainly an interesting way of describing maternity leave. The business is now 18 years old with a high customer retention rate as they are well looked after and AVR as a business is profitable and growing . I strongly disagree with what you imply within your review it's simply not the case.
