AVRP studios take all feedback and critiques seriously. First, we treat all employees, consultants and vendors with the utmost respect. If there are ever instances where an employee feels that they are treated with disrespect, they are encouraged to bring incidents to Human Resources or leadership immediately. With regard to leadership rarely in the office, during the pandemic, we were 100% remote but always available. Pre and post pandemic, leadership have made it clear that leadership are the means for business development, which frequently, requires outside-the-office activities. What also seems to be missing in this review is our Growth & Leadership program. In fact, AVRP Studios have a nationally-known consultant that is guiding senior staff on ownership and transition opportunities. Additionally, AVRP Studios also have a Mentorship Program, to facilitate growth and education of staff. Finally, by creating Special Interest Groups, we give all staff a voice and opportunity to be involved with the direction, culture, innovation and legacy of the firm.
