      Pros

      No micromanaging, free to do your work as you see fit. 100% remote during pandemic

      Cons

      Zero mentoring, zero leadership. The partners are never there. They're stuck doing what they've always done and can't get out of their own way. The design is mediocre at best. The other reviews are spot on - look elsewhere.

      Pros

      Great people and professional fun culture. A variety of exciting projects and a very high caliber firm. As a minority female, I’ve always had positive experiences. Respectful, professional, growth and learning opportunities, mentoring, and care about employees. I feel valued, respected, and am proud to work at AVRP.
