Pros
Challenging work, but that is the point. I was given the tools and the support from all levels of the company to do what needed to be done. The company is growing fast, and like all such companies it has its fair share of growing pains. That's why I loved it. You have a chance to really make an impact and put your mark on things. I was empowered and motivated to maximise my output and potential.
