I found the majority of staff in the engineering team to be professional and very friendly. AWC encourages professional development and reimburses you for fees/courses that are relevant to developing yourself.
I enjoyed the work life balance here albeit we seemed understaffed at the beginning. My supervisor was absolutely the best supervisor that I have had in my life
