      Great work culture

      Pros

      The organization had great, team-oriented culture and it's been hard to find that in other organizations.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I don't think major conflicts were tackled head on. In the spirit of not rocking the boat, this allowed issues to linger on longer than necessary at times.

      AWEA had a great history of advocacy for a nascent renewable technology.

      Its gotten alot more "corporate" and internally political as it transitioned to ACP
