Engineers have excellent skills and hard working. Projects are challenging but exciting.

Not the fault of the company, but AI market in Japan is tough.

- Many foreign employees - No Japanese required - Can sponsor VISA and relocation
Cons
- Low pay rate and upper management expect free overtime. - Japanese style Promotion, It is often on the basis of how much you agree to the CTO and HR without any objections even they are talking nonsense, they are husband-wife by the way. - So much politics from the HR side, if you keep your distance from her then you will be fine though. - No learning if you are coming here to upgrade your skills, No experienced engineers because they mainly focus on entry-level hiring. Good employees already left and the rest are planning to leave.
