Work remote so good work life balance, good salary for an easy job and rewarded with a 6% pay rise and bonuses for good work, plus opportunity for overtime. Nice to work for a big name. Good benefits such as private medical insurance, free sight tests and sick pay
Cons
Company work you like a dog, frankly you’re treated like just a number. Very robotic management style. Very little room for progression, company rewards those who have been at the company the longest vs the strongest candidate, which is evident in the inefficiencies in management
