Best Place I've Ever Worked

I've worked in a variety of industries and AXIA has been by far the best place I have ever worked. The leadership is supportive and has great long term vision around what kind of company they want to be. The people are fun, but also some of the smartest people I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to join consulting.

Cons

AXIA is growing rapidly and with rapid growth comes the normal growing pains of an expanding company.

Fantastic people that care about the company's wellbeing, and a leadership team that really cares about their employees.

Cons

The nature of remote work sometimes makes it tough to connect with everyone in the organization, but AXIA holds events and promotes knowledge sharing across the organization to combat this nature of consulting work.
