Good miles, weekly pay, newish equipment.
Cons
Terrible HR from Owner in particular. He is the reason I left, and multiple drivers have told me the same over the last year. Slightly below average pay (this may have changed). Half the fleet are cheap international 10 speeds. Slip seating, and some of the drivers are pigs.
