Pros

- The Employees - The Doctors

Cons

Credit to multiple anonymous ex employees and myself; The working interviews are where they draw you in, manager/employees will say it’s a great place to work and then as soon as you start working it’s all about production. No life/work balance AT ALL. If you need a day or week off for family time, vacation, mental health days? It is looked down upon and they will put it in as PTO even if you ask them not to. Every day I worked here all I heard was employees not getting paid enough for how they are treated and what they go through. The management favors employees too, which is completely unprofessional. There is barely any training, and by that I mean when you get hired they don’t have a specific person to train you, they have the manager do it and then they are absent most of the time or when they hire someone new, they will start training them and cut your training short. My biggest pet problem with this was when you would run into something you don’t know and the manager would get upset with you because “you’re supposed to know how to fix it” Yet they never trained you in it. All upper management cares about is production. Production is prioritized over patient safety Upper management does not align with the companies "core values." Invasion of personal time. There is NO work/life balance. 85% of the company employees are inexperienced or have no experience. There is no real proper training only "crash courses" due to the priority of the schedule, once again production is made a priority. The company will also make you submit PTO for a normal scheduled day off. If Overall there management is unprofessional and unapproachable. If they don’t like you they will let you go like nothing and say nothing and hush hush your existence and move on. I’ve seen it happen to people who I had been working with. managers are the worst. No dental experience, all money experience. They don’t talk to anyone, they hide in offices, they hide behind nasty emails and text messages all day, they don’t see the patient as patients in need of care they see them as dollar signs$$$$. They often move patients out of the way to squeeze in more productivity without even telling the actual front desk staff that they have done so and patients come in at the wrong times. They make us reschedule patients multiple times before their next appointments because everything is about how much money they can make and how fast. Don’t be blinded by everything they have to “offer”…. It’s all a facade. Make a couple dollars less somewhere down the road, work somewhere that you won’t need to take multiple breaks a day to cry in the bathroom. This job would have been a dream come true if it weren’t for the management taking advantage of their employees and patients. Basically the only thing that made this job bearable was the Doctors and the employees.

Pros

The doctors are great, all of them are kind and fun to work with. Employees are all very nice, the company hires off of personality.

Cons

Over worked, no work/life balance, rarely get lunch, always asked to work your day off, high turnover, bonus system only benefits upper management and doctors, motto is "say yes and figure it out" which makes your schedule double and triple booked, the company has become very greedy-they want more and more money, training is little to non existant because everyone is too busy trying to stay afloat themselves to give appropriate training. They look for reasons not to give you a bonus or a raise rather than investing in you and following up with improvements. When bonus is given it's on a gift card that doesn't run at a lot of places, the agreement when hired is 4 days a week-then they trick you into 5. They force you to burn through your PTO in order to keep that Friday off which is your natural day off anyway or they call you in. The company is not what it's advertised.
