      Pros

      Very welcoming, professional with a superb onboarding program. Lots to learn and you will never get bored regardless of the department you work in. Plenty of room for personal development, in fact management encourage it. Approachable management, free on-site parking and free Chupa Chups.

      Cons

      I honestly can't' think of any. I love working at Aabyss and I have over 25 years of commercial experience so I feel I can say with confidence that Aabyss is a brilliant place to work.

      Pros

      Management has so little idea of what’s going on you can get away with doing very little.

      Cons

      Business is going nowhere, upsetting clients, losing staff. There is no development because they don’t want to pay a decent rate. Toxic culture from the top down.
