Pros

just one positive 1) salary is credited in your account on time. However, try putting up resignation. They will hold your salary even if your resignation is not accepted and you had continued to work.

Cons

1) toxic people at managerial role be it Academic Head or National Academic Director 2) Long and tiring working hours. You have to be at workstation strict 9 hrs. They will be monitoring you through CCTV. Stay away for even 10 mins from your desk and see the repercussions. 3) bad work life balance as they have 6 days/week working and management is hell negative while approving your accumulated leaves(CL/EL) even for genuine reasons 4) they are very unprofessional while firing the faculties. I have seen the case where the faculty had no idea of this and was called in the chamber of NAD just before 7pm and handed over the termination letter. 5) They make you sign 2 years contract. Every month they cut 10% of your salary as sincerity. If you resign before 2 years then forget that accumulated 10%, on top of that you will most likely be served legal notices to compensate for the training etc cost. 6) They follow strict dress code. That includes compulsory tie as if you are a consultant in McKinsey when you actually look like a salesperson. 7) Appraisal is average and democratic. So, even if they have recognised and rated you as a high performer (4 on the scale of 5) your net salary increment would be hardly 2-3 thousand more than an average performer. 8) These many negativity and restrictions are enough to weed talented faculties out of Aakash. 9) If you are good at your subject and by your bad luck or ignorance happen to land in Aakash you will feel below average quality all around who have manged to prove their worth to management by bootlickinh and by superficially creating their aura. 10) just one suggestion to any body thiking of joining Aakash. First of all try your best not yo join Aakash. If by any chance you have to join then from day1 keep on looking for another job. Switch immediately even if you find a job paying far lesser than Aakash. Since everything can't be measured just in terms of money.

Pros

No Pros at all. Worst company I have ever worked with. Stain in the name of corporate and professionalism.

Cons

Least employee friendly, full of politics at all levels from basic counsellor to centre head. Never pay you on time. Salaries are transferred as per numerology because our loved and so called MD, JC Chouwdhary is big time believer of numerology. Promote only biharis (I believe that is also part of his numerology thing). No growth what so ever for others. Lot of negative environment that promotes a** licking & that is what some centre heads have been doing.

Pros

Looks well managed. Other things i dont find any good enough to be written here in dis column.

Cons

1. They dont value their faculties at all. No respect. They think one goes another comes so no need to respect any faculty. The management esp the HR team are really full of the arrogant ppl. 2. At the time of recruitment u need to sign a crap contract that will be full of the clauses beneficial only for them. U won't find anything useful in ur favor. 3. They dont keep their words wat they promise at the time of ur recruitment, abt ur posting place and all. 4. Transfer can be done to anytime anywhere. No reason is required to given to u. 5. I didnt get even an appointment to meet the MD of the company. Just coz i wasnt comfortable wid the decision related to my posting place unlike i was promised at the time of being recruited. 6. They talk as if they are machines. "We understand ur prob sir but these are company norms" ... Lol 7. They keep looking for a reason to apply a Leave Without Pay to u. 8. U r always under the surveillance of CCTV imstalled at every corner of the premises. There are many others 'chindi' stuffs. Overall a totally crap place to work at. I wish i wer having an option to rank them a ranking even less than 1 here..
