Respects each other. Homely atmosphere. Developers can learn a lot of new stuff and the company provides opportunity to learn new things. It depends on the employee to learn and move forward. Good wages as per the market standard
Cons
Since it is a start up, they might ask to work during weekends at times and over time during weekends. But they will definitely compensate in some way.
