This employee was very inexperienced and unfamiliar with this industry. Contrary to his comments, the Company has made numerous changes since the death of the founder, including adding a 5-person board of directors that includes two outside directors - one a highly successful businessman from Oklahoma and another a corporate finance expert from Atlanta. The Company has seen unprecedented growth in the year and a half since the founder's death. Many of the founder's visions have been realized since his death. The Company's current CEO is a woman with over thirty years experience in this industry. She brings the leadership, practical judgment and empathy of a mature woman to the Company.
