      Friday Lunch nothing else at all.

      Cons

      Terrible emotional arrogant and incompetent owner. Zero training, terrible internal systems, extremely busy primarily because of there own incompetence.

      Disorganized and emotional management, poor attitude, low morale, unrealistic expectations for staff and clients, lack of long-term career options/advancement in company, poor training process, poor understanding of services provided/unclear standing on services offered
