      Pros

      Great, fun, atmosphere! Monthly team challenges with prizes promote great relationships with people you don't normally get to work with. "Work/Life Balance" is in practice here, sure you have certain times of the month or year that are heavier on workload but nothing crazy.

      Cons

      I do wish we had a 401K program but due to the complexity ownership and how it would need to be managed it's just not possible. I do my own investing and the company will do a payroll deduct and deposit into any of your own investment accounts

      Glad to hear you enjoy working at Abacus and enjoy our benefits. I too wish we had a 401K and as the HR Director, I review options constantly to bring our employees everything possible. Don't rule it out; I am still working on it!

      No structure No procedures Excessive amounts of clean up work due to neglect Nobody seems to be on the same page or know how to do things Crammed space Gossip and petty atmosphere

      Thank you for your honest input. It helps us look internally and get better. We had a lot of growth in 2016 which overall carry wonderful positive outcomes but also some downsides like losing an employee like you. Due to that growth we had a lot of structure changes and alignments, and realignments of duties. We are sorry that it impacted you negatively. We have solidified our processes and have our formal structure that we think will continue to move us forward. Best of luck to you in the future.
