• No collaboration is allowed, no one would work across departments for fear of reproductions from the founder, because if it wasn't his idea, then well... you are stupid. • Little to no transparency, it was more or less a game of "guess what the plan is". • Budgets and planning are very fluid depending on the mood of the owner, as in "no soup for you". • Owner is verbally abusive, and not snowflake abusive, think a Quintin Tarantino Script. • The product sucks and leadership won't listen to employees or customers that are trying to make the platform better. But...it is cloud-based, so there's that.
