The CEO is incredibly toxic, often speaking poorly about employees behind their backs as well as customers. In their opinion (which is the only correct one to them) the customers are also "unsophisticated" and "stupid." He wants to insert himself into every single aspect of the company despite being less experienced in every potential department. He hires people based on goodness knows what criteria, including nepotism hires for people to run departments they have no business running. Run away

I’ve never been around a CEO who lied more, badmouth everyone he hired, and not have a product strategy or defined market fit. Toxic culture, this company sells vaporware.
