Cons
Chronic understaffing and unrealistic timelines create persistent backlogs, while identified gaps are often addressed by adding documentation rather than fixing root causes. SOPs are frequently missing, outdated, or impractical, making strict compliance difficult and normalizing data integrity risks under time pressure. Inspection readiness tends to be reactive and appearance-focused, management feedback emphasizes individual “professionalism” over structural constraints, and high turnover persists, often relying on workers without permanent residency, for whom the role becomes a means of survival and income until they secure more stable status, further exacerbating burnout.
