Pros

good pay, no big responsibilities. Extremely organized and clean.

Cons

can't have a life, rude, vengeful managers, don't give bathroom breaks, you can work 17 h on your feet with no more than 20 min break to eat, does not provide transportation when workers have to leave late nights far from public transportation.

Pros

Mondays and Fridays are remote for all office positions

Cons

This company confirmed verbally and through an offer letter I was being hired as an assistant director. Upon starting my position, I found out they have a lot of trouble securing top talent so they pulled a bait and switch and only allowed me to use a “sales manager” title at work. I went and found a new remote job immediately. After being catfished I could not take this joke of a company seriously. In reality, management is so inept at the Abigail Kirsch office in new york I wouldn’t recommend working here to my enemy. Jennifer Schepps and Danielle Shapiro are not only toxic and disrespectful to their entire team, they simply cannot balance the demands of their jobs and then go on tirades making everyone else feel bad for it. My second day I witnessed Danielle yelling at a sales manager in the middle of a weekly sales team meeting and from that point on I proceeded to witness the most incompetent leadership I have ever seen or heard of. Save yourself the time and mental health and just don’t work here - they don’t have it together. Also, there is no work life balance you will work 15+ hour days regularly and that is apparently normal. Abigail Kirsch also regularly fails to hit it’s financial goals.
