Abigail Kirsch gives you very set ways to move up, make more money, and the community of people are great! Leaders are very hands-on, captains are friendly and approachable.

Not necessarily a con, just the reality of it. Because catering shifts can be ebbs and flows, it can be challenging to plan around what shifts do and don't come to you. They can be very long or very short. If you mentally prepare for this - you can really thrive, but it can also be easy to burnout.
