Pros

when he wasn't in the office

Cons

Greg seriously needs some HR training, particularly within the sexual harassment section of things. Now that I am working in a healthy environment I understand the true toxicity that I was working with. This man is a bully and really unfunny.

Pros

Lots of experience with interesting clients from day 1

Cons

A fear and blame culture with very long hours for minimal pay. They typically hire young female graduates, promising training and then holding off. Complete lack of training and assistance. Aggressive environment, with a managing partner routinely smashing phones and keyboards. A senior member of staff will inappropriately contact trainees and make inappropriate comments, which is very uncomfortable for junior employees. Billing is responsibility of trainees.

Pros

Location of office and good clients.

Cons

Most of the senior staff are bullies, aggressive and innapropriate. They dont talk to each other so you get stuck in the middle trying to please. People cry in the toilets and leave as soon as they can. CEO will send horrible emails, invite you in infront of the company and argue with you so everyone can listen.
