- Rush hour can be tough, and truck order days are chaotic
- The space itself is too small, especially the food preparation area.
- Limited storage, so things are cramped. A lot of the storage for cups, bowls, lids, etc. were high above the counter, so we had to use a 15 ft ladder, sometimes in the middle of a rush to get more supplies.
