I am a career shifter. I did not have any experience in remote work nor with working with foreign clients, but this set up obviously is a very interesting and convenient experience anyone would want. Though the assessments were quite tough and the interview is quite nerve-wrecking (I applied under the general listing so I was unsure where it was leading) it was a fun experience still. Recruitment process took quite some time after the initial interview but when I got hired, they were very supportive on my training and self-development. It's not also that lonesome to work from home alone because they have online activities for employees like game nights, watercooler wednesdays and yearend parties. HR is really approachable too. I like working a lot here. I was able to finally balance my work and personal time.
