      The poor guys who work there

      Cons

      Everything about the guy in charge, angry man but doesn’t like it when you have an opinion, he doesn’t deserve anyone, he speaks to his staff like they are dirt, expects overtime and makes you feel horrible if you can’t do it. Everything has to be done within 30 seconds, shouts and throws things when he’s having a hissy fit, the guy needs to grow up

      Only one, thats pay. Its better than the dole.

      Cons

      Low end pay, repetitive injuries due to the nature of tbe job, cctv to hover over your every move. Angry, and spittle flecked rage powered boss, different pay rates, for ppl doing the same job, no talking in workshop. To the second t breaks, late 1 min on t break? Ylu will get ripped one!

      -learn how to make good flightcases, manual work- some teamwork, how to work around problems with difficult fitting parts.. rivetting, rivetting, and more rivetting. a paycheque- meagre as it will be..

      Cons

      - cctv surveillance. a camera in every corner to squeeze every minute from you-just to make sure every second you work for is justified - motto "no talking" if you are talking to someone, you are NOT doing YOUR JOB- and THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIRS"-not one slack minute in the day- flat out all day.teabreaks, and lunchbreaks are TO THE SECOND!- don't talk about the Pay- as even though you all do the same job- you are paid at different rates! control freaks in management.and THEY ARE TIGHT ! -A DUCKS IS A BOWLING ALLEY IN COMPARISON.
