      High pressure Fast paced You need to keep up and thrive on pressure otherwise you can let someone down and upset techs!!

      The industry itself is great.

      Cons

      Raised voices are used to instruct, when educating impatient & condescending tones are used. Some of the team members (owner of business) on the service team are uncooperative when it comes to using or utilising the CRM system (simpro) and basic incoming/outgoing stock procedures.
