      Pros

      Friendly co workers and dependable, you can ask for help if you need it. Managers are very approachable.

      Cons

      Too political in promoting workers. Work is too much in volume. The company is too outdated system wise and paper wise. The company buildings are too old and not pleasant working environment.

      Practical and experiential learning as you need to hit the ground running Middle management is generally approachable and supportive Company is known for carrying well-established and trusted consumer beverage brands Management is doing its best to invest in its people through training

      Cons

      Total compensation package is below industry standards Certain policies somehow reflects lack of trust with its employees like time flexibility, etc. Workplace environment / facilities improvement is not a management priority
