Some really great and talented people on both hardware and software teams. Competitive salary. Fun and challenging problems to work on.
Cons
Due to the immensity of the task of developing a profitable Apple harvestor the development timelines were unrealistic leading and not sufficient testing done before taking equipment to field. This lead to overall inefficient use of time and resources.
