      Get to learn much, management takes feedback, smart team, work with researchers and lecturers from Oxford,Cambridge, UCL etc so nice experience

      Pros

      There are no pros working for this company since they manipulate you and force you to work overtime without pay.

      Cons

      1. Fraud- Founder does not have a PhD as he claims. 2. Forced overtime with no pay. If refuse, you will be lectured and pressured to comply. 3. PUA- The founder is extremely manipulative and mentally abuses its employees. Extremely toxic environment. 4. No bank holiday or Christmas. 5. Makes fake offer letters to lie to customers.
