good employee discounts. Staff are nice and laidback

Cons

Upper management never listened to employee feedback about how things are run. Not valued for the hard work you put in - it's constantly never enough. Ladies expected to fork out for work uniform while guys get monthly uniform allowances.

Most of the people you work with are great. Bonuses for big sales. Clothes basically sale themselves

Cons

Lack of support from upper management. Most people here don’t communicate well, no responses to emails/texts. We would have a big sale (black Friday etc) and would only hear from upper management about what was going on sale a day or two before the actual sale. This would create loads of stress for staff and lead to a lot of stock been sent through. At times this made it dangerous to move around the stock room. In consistent clothing sizes, lack of quality for certain items.
