Pros

Nice office, friendly people. Provided training and opportunities to learn about the industry

Cons

Vacation time was on the low end. Being the in between person between vendors and customers is tough, felt like ping pong.

Pros

Decent pay and you can meet some great people. A good job to get for a stepping stone not for a long time.

Cons

Typical day at work is assisting your vendors and customer with necessary work orders. There are a lot of people in management that should not be. They do not know how to properly manage their teams. If you need help with something they don’t help unless you are willing to “suck up” even if you know what they are doing is wrong. The training is no good they don’t help you actually learn anything. They’re not willing to give more help when needed they would rather get down on you. They are not parent sensitive. Some managers are better than others. There are some that are understanding and a lot that aren’t. A lot of the people you work with are pretty coo, it’s more management that you’ll have an issue with than anything. Hardest part of the job was the management. The most enjoyable part was the relationships you would be able to build with the customers and vendors. You will have to learn as you go. There is no real work life balance. For them the job comes first no matter what. If you’re looking to find something to do in retirement, have no children or really need a job. Got 3 stars for the customers, some employees and vendors and the experience I was able to teach myself working on the job.
