Pros

You learn the importance of fire safety.

Cons

Worked there for one week and was let go with no explanation as to why. You have to pay for parking and don't even work a full 40 hour work week.

Pros

I got hired quickly during COVID-19. I needed somewhere to go and got tired of collecting unemployment, so I saw a answered a job posting and here I am.

Cons

No real perks, repetitive daily tasks, low morale, eight hours of sitting behind a computer with the expectation you will answer every single phone call (and will get called out if you miss one), miscommunication between vendors and clients galore, dispatchers will send technicians out to do annual inspections twice in a month--without realizing they just went a couple of weeks ago, limited mobility, painfully low wages (I'm single and childless; I can't imagine how a parent could support kids or a spouse with pay like this), pointing fingers in place of accountability.

Too much work not enough pay

Pros

The hours are from 8-5 pm Mon - Fri. You have option to do overtime if asked and approved by your manager. Occasional lunch on the company's expense, Benefits such as paid sick/personal and vacation, 401K, Health insurance with dental and vision among other things.

Cons

Too much and not enough pay to compensate for the work being done. While there no once did I receive a raise even when asked for one. Some of the managers did not take charge when they needed to take charge you were basically on your own if ever you had a problem or in some cases if you have a good relationship with your coworkers they would assist. The structure of growth needs to be changed because the way that it was while it was there the only way you would move up was if some one quit or someone died.
