The salary was paid on time during the time I worked here. The trainings were comprehensive as well. This is where I built my foundation in the ESL industry.

I've only got less than 100 per hour since I was an office-based tutor.

They removed all bonuses, and absent students are not paid—very low, inhumane salary rate and abusive managers.

Cons

The penalty for being absent is three times the amount of one class. Low booking rates if you don’t perform well. There are too many penalties, and the pay is quite low.
