You might end up meeting some other actually decent people as co-workers, who also have been fooled into joining Accace. But besides that, there is no "pros" about this company

Management is poor. They lie to you and promise how they will "help advance your career", but in reality, much like many other companies, you are there to be a slave, keep y our opinions to yourself, and never ask for anything (including a better, well-deserved salary). Not only that, they actually happily rip their clients off and force them to pay fees that have no basis or justification. Salaries are incredibly low compared to the market, and they keep piling work on top of you without even offering the most basic salary increase. The turnover of staff is high, because anyone who joins this company, after 2 months realizes what a big mistake they've made. So do yourself a favor and stay away. Find another company who can actually help you move forward in your career.
