      Pros

      I've taught students in many academies, but accel's support for the instructors is by far the best. You can really focus on teaching not worrying about anything else.

      Cons

      It takes more preparation time to teach here. Though basis curriculums are provided, you are expected to create your own lesson plan and handouts tailored to your classes.

      Pros

      I've worked here over five years, and I love it! The management team is fair and transparent; the compensation and benefits are great; and the students here are mostly highly-motivated. New ideas are always welcomed, and I receive the necessary support to grow professionally. There's always new challenge, and I feel like my effort and service are appreciated.

      Cons

      Working the in the education industry is rewarding, but the work requires high sense of commitment, pressure, and responsibility. It's difficult to take a long summer vacation.

      Pros

      Working at Accel has been a great experience for me. Everyone is really outgoing and compassionate. The company offers great benefits and genuinely cares about its employees.

      Cons

      The work is very seasonal. Workload may be a bit overwhelming at first, but afterwards you would start to appreciate this new work style.
